WHITEFISH LAKE FIRST NATION #128 GENERAL ELECTION
NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF NOMINATION MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Whitefish Lake First Nation No. 128 that: A Nomination meeting to be held on Thursday, February 11th, 2021 at the Whitefish Lake Community Hall has been postponed due to the passing of a former Chief and Dignitary of the Nation. The new scheduled date for Nominations has been rescheduled to February 25th, 2021, beginning from 6:00 P.M. ending at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of nominating candidates for the position of four (4) Councillors. The nomination meeting will be held according to the Customary Election Regulations of the Whitefish Lake First Nation No. 128.
And further take Notice that:
Should there be more eligible candidates then the number of positions
for four (4) councillors, the Election will be held on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 commencing at 8:00 A.M. and ending at 8:00 P.M. The Election will be held within the Nation, with two polling stations situated at the Community Hall and Pakan School at the Whitefish Lake First NationNo. 128.

The election for Chief shall come from among the elected Councillors on
Thursday, March 18th, 2021.
